Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Florist/ Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is artistic, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a creative environment. You will design floral arrangements and floral styling, assist customers and help bring our brand's aesthetic to life.

Key Responsibilities

Create and design innovative floral arrangements.
Style wedding and event venues including stage decor, table setups, arches, backdrops and thematic installations.
Ensure all decor elements (floral & non-floral) match client concepts and event themes
Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site styling coordination
Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand creative direction
Support team during peak seasons and events
Follow timelines to ensure project are completed on schedule

Requirements

- Experience in floral design
- Experience in event or venue styling is a strong advantage
- Creative eye for color, design and spatial styling
- Ability to lift decor structures, flower buckets and event materials
- Able to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays based on event schedules
