FLOOR TILER installer

Job Responsibilities

• Measure and mark surfaces according to layout plans

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying waterproofing materials where required

• Cut and shape tiles using manual and power cutting tools

• Lay ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite and other types of tiles

• Apply adhesives, mortar and grout correctly

• Ensure tiles are aligned, spaced and finished according to project specifications

• Replace damaged tiles and carry out rectification works

• Maintain workplace safety and comply with site regulations

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant tiling experience

• Skilled in floor and wall tile installation

• Ability to interpret basic construction drawings

• Physically fit and able to work on construction sites

• Team player with good work attitude

• Familiar with Singapore workplace safety standards (e.g., CSOC preferred)

Employment Details

• 6 days work week (as per construction industry practice)

• Overtime pay in accordance with Employment Act (where applicable)
