What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.

• A natural ability to read a room and anticipate needs before they are voiced.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• A genuine interest in developing others and improving daily operations.
