The Floor Supervisor oversees front-of-house operations to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily service. This role leads the service crew, coordinates with the kitchen, and supports the Restaurant Manager in maintaining service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise service crew during daily operations.
Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.
Manage table flow, seating arrangements, and service timing.
Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
Train and guide service staff on service standards and procedures.
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining areas at all times.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely orders.
Assist with cashiering or payment processing when required.
Support daily opening and closing duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Prior experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Customer-focused and able to handle pressure during peak hours.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
