Floor Staff (Nightclub)

Location: Golden Mile Tower
Working Days: Wed - Sat
Working Hours: 8:00 PM - 3:00 / 4:00 AM
Employment Type: Part-Time (Opportunity to convert to Full-Time)
Transport Provided or Transport can be claimed

Job Scope

Set up and allocate tables according to reservations

Serve customers and take orders

Key orders into POS system and process payments

Change ice regularly and keep tables clean

Check on customers regularly and provide good service

Promote and recommend bottles or shots

Clearing, wiping, sanitising tables and VIP area after closing

Sweep and mop floor at end of shift

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a nightclub environment
• Must be okay serving alcohol
• Outgoing and not shy to talk to customers
• Responsible and proactive
• Prior customer service / nightlife experience preferred
• Sales or upselling experience is a plus
• Able to start immediately
• Singaporeans only
