We are recruiting Locum Physiotherapist for various local healthcare institution in the intermediate and long-term care (ILTC) sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments for new client admissions
- Conduct 6-monthly Care Plan and program reviews
- Conduct InterRai assessments as required (training will be provided if necessary)
- Prescribe and execute individual and group therapy programs and activities.
- Assist and engage residents with behaviors of concern
- Review and revise therapy program schedules with proper documentation
- Liaise closely with other healthcare professionals to encourage a holistic approach to care
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
- Participate in continuing education, training, and research activities when opportunities arise
- Support Active Rehabilitation under Community Rehabilitation if need arises.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Full AHPC Registration
- At least two years of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Passionate about Physiotherapy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in local languages will be an advantage
- Self-motivated to engage in continuous learning and education in the field of Physiotherapy
