Leading an end-to-end high-impact project execution relevant to middle-mile fleet strategy: from design, business case, pilot, rollout, and performance tracking.
Laying out own project scope, timeline, KPI, resources required, and impacts.
Preparing materials for discussion with the working team & senior management.
Monitoring team's KPI to analyse & identify issues and lay out improvement plans.
Activist PMO for cross-functional project, able to manage timeline and stakeholders in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or engineering.
3-5 years of experience in consulting, project management and /or process improvement roles
Strong analytical skills to conduct data-driven decisions and experience with tools like Excel or SQL
Be creative in problem-solving with growth mindset and positive attitude (proactive, strong sense of ownership, data-driven, and hands-on)
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, as this role will require collaboration and alignment with multiple teams and senior management
Self-driven and good leadership skills to facilitate cross-functional interactions
