Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Fleet Partnerships Manager to lead the recruitment and management of fleet partners for our Zig platform. This role is critical in designing and executing win-win partnership schemes that drive onboarding of hirers from rental companies and enhance their productivity through increased completed trips on Zig.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Fleet Partner Acquisition & Management
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard fleet rental companies and their hirers onto the Zig platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet partners to ensure long-term collaboration and trust.
  • Scheme Design & Execution
  • Develop innovative, mutually beneficial schemes and incentive programs to attract hirers and improve their engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize schemes to ensure alignment with business objectives and partner satisfaction.
  • Performance & Productivity Enhancement
  • Analyze fleet partner and hirer performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to increase completed trips and overall productivity on Zig.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams (Supply, Driver Ops, Marketing, Analytics) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between fleet partners and Zig for operational and strategic matters.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting fleet partnerships.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to shape Zig's fleet partnership strategy.

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in fleet partnerships, B2B relationship management, or mobility platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to design and implement incentive schemes that deliver measurable results.
