We are seeking a proactive FleetOperations Coordinator to support our daily business operations and ensure smooth workflows across departments. The role involves coordinating tasks, maintaining operational records, liaising with internal teams and clients, and assisting in reporting and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operational activities and schedules.
Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and vendors to ensure timely task completion.
Support supervisors and managers in operational planning and workflow management.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document tracking.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or coordination.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred:
Experience in logistics, service operations, or project coordination.
Basic knowledge of operational planning and reporting.
