Fleet operation (Executive/Manager) - JK

Job Description:

• Manage daily fleet operations, liaising with ship managers, charterers, MPA, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Support vessel chartering, rental, financing, and sale & purchase activities
• Monitor vessel performance, maintenance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee disbursements, cash flow, budgeting, and cost control for vessel operations
• Prepare financial and operational reports, including budget tracking and variance analysis
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, and Japan HQ
• Assist management with contract monitoring, negotiations, and strategic initiatives

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in maritime industry
• Working experience and knowledge of budget control
• With proficiency in Japanese language is a plus to communicate with Japanese speaking stakeholders in Japan HQ.
