Fleet Management Intern - Shopee Xpress

Job Description:
- Participate in the Shopee Xpress driver recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selecting ideal individuals.
- Manage the Shopee Xpress driver recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events, and sourcing activities.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any major field
- Passionate about people, services and culture
- Have a strong affinity for hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation
- Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both in Bahasa Malaysia and English to liaise with stakeholders
- Hardworking, highly accountable, and reliable
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
- Full-time interns preferred, who are able to start immediately in March 2023
- Able to work in Menara Southpoint
