Duties:
- Manage issues due to supply, quality, or regulatory.
- Identify and evaluate materials from alternative sources.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, and QC.
- Support global raw material harmonisation initiatives.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Analyse QC and analytical data to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Support product rejects troubleshooting and collaborate with Production for timely resolution.
- Provide on-site production support when required.
- Support Regulatory Affairs on regulatory-driven formula changes and clean-up activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, affiliates, and customers to manage regulatory changes.
- Maintain and approve new material codes
- Support flavour scale-up at production, particularly for savoury and processed applications.
- Work closely with Production to streamline workflows, remove constraints and technical challenges.
- Participate in long-term projects such as cost optimization of sourcing raw materials, global material harmonisation, and formula streamlining.
