Job Description

Our Client:

A multi-billion dollar conglomerate with strong global footprint within the health & wellness space with a mission to expand their supplement portfolio into the APAC region with Singapore serving as the regional hub. They have invested heavily in a central office space, a prime location for the flagship store and are now looking for a driven Store Manager to pioneer their Flagship store in Marina Bay Sands.

The role:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a flagship retail store within the health, wellness, and nutrition space. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing store team.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Performance

  • Own full store P&L, driving revenue growth, conversion, ATV, and overall profitability
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with SOPs
  • Analyse sales performance and customer data to implement effective commercial and operational strategies

People Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team to consistently deliver service excellence
  • Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and succession planning
  • Foster a strong, customer-centric and performance-driven store culture

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a premium, consultative in-store experience aligned with brand values
  • Handle escalated customer feedback and ensure high standards of service recovery
  • Act as a brand ambassador, building trust and long-term customer loyalty

Stakeholder & Training Collaboration

  • Liaise closely with North Asia stakeholders on store performance, execution, and brand standards
  • Participate in and support product knowledge and training sessions conducted in Mandarin
  • Ensure accurate communication and execution of product launches, campaigns, and training materials at store level

Requirements:

  • Strong retail management experience, preferably in premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail
  • Prior experience in supplements, nutrition, health, wellness, or related categories is a strong plus
  • Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) Required due to close collaboration with North Asia stakeholders
  • Product trainings and materials are conducted primarily in Mandarin
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience managing sales targets, KPIs, and store performance
