Job Description

  • Lead and manage a large-format flagship store at Plaza Singapura with a team of 50+ staff.
  • Drive sales, profitability, and performance against budget, KPIs, and P&L targets.
  • Build and sustain a high-performance, customer-centric culture through strong leadership and engagement.
  • Oversee all store operations including stock control, shrinkage, cash handling, rostering, and compliance.
  • Ensure excellent in-store standards across visual merchandising, presentation, and customer experience.
  • Coach, develop, and retain a strong leadership pipeline, including Assistant Managers and Department Leads.
  • Analyse sales and operational data to identify opportunities and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Partner closely with the Regional Manager and Head Office to execute commercial and operational strategies.
  • Lead by example on the shop floor, setting expectations for service, productivity, and accountability.

The Successful Applicant


A Successful Store Manager Should Have

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Store Manager in a large-format, high-volume retail environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading and developing large teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management and KPI delivery.
  • Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to build engagement, performance, and succession.
  • Operationally strong, with experience across stock control, shrinkage, rostering, and compliance.
  • Customer-focused, with high standards for service and store presentation.
  • Comfortable working weekends and retail trading hours.
