Position:

The Singapore Flagship is located in a prestigious residential area, and its concept follows the design style of other institutional locations, interpreting the key values of the Florim Gallery in Fiorano Modenese (MO). It is conceived as a space for events, meetings, training and – above all – the exhibition of Florim's ceramic offerings.

The showroom features an open space structure designed to highlight the expressive potential and performance of large slabs: alongside the ambient settings, there is a technical area dedicated to maxi-surfaces. The spaces, particularly bright thanks to large windows, are designed as a functional workspace with a coworking perspective.

Monday – Friday 10:00 Am – 7:00 Pm

As Flagship store assistant will manage day by day operations in the Singapore Florim Flagship Store. According to the Marketing and Sales Strategy the daily tasks will include showroom operations and events management.

Main activities:

Customer management

  • Welcome and engage every guest providing the best customer experience
  • Manage or assist the showroom walk-ins, supporting the team with showroom visits previously booked
  • Work with Business developers to constantly increase the traffic within the Flagship Store
  • Use of CRM system (Sales Force) to register the appointments and the relative follow-ups

Showroom Management

  • Maintain the showroom and the services offered with the high Florim standards and values.
  • Ensure the Showroom is always in perfect condition (clean and tidy).
  • Organize, manage, and supervise the showroom's maintenance together with the local suppliers
  • Manage the Marketing tools and ensure their constant availability through a dedicated inventory to be kept always updated (catalogues, samples, folders, branded gadgets)
  • Keep the space always updated and upgraded with the last merchandising & marketing set-up
  • Assisting with the samples request and their relative storage
  • Insert the order of the local warehouse, using SAP HANA system

Event Management

  • Help to organize events and the related operations (average 2 events per month)

Admin/Desk Office activities

  • Manage the general enquiry by email and/or phone calls
  • Support the sales team by preparing samples and the relative shipments (either locally or oversea) for Customer , Architect Studios, Design Studios, Contractors, Developers

Requirements:

Candidates must currently possess the legal right to work in Singapore

  • Strong customer-facing orientation, excellent client-centric approach
  • Fluent English and in Mandarin
  • Passion for architecture and desig
  • Good communication skills
  • Organization and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HANA software will be a plus
