Assist senior bankers in the deal origination, structuring, syndication, distribution and execution processes for debt and debt-related transactions
Assist the sales & trading team in maintaining investor relationships as required
Prepare and update marketing materials to clients, i.e. presentation / pitchbooks, market updates, etc.
Monitor market developments, bond pricing, investor demand and relevant industry news to support both origination and secondary market activities
Work with other departments like Legal, Compliance, etc. on relevant deal-related matters
Assist with KYC / onboarding and accounting opening processes for issuer and investor clients
Requirements:
Minimally a bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, business, finance, or related disciplines
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in debt capital markets, fixed income, corporate finance, investment banking, or other related financial markets disciplines
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a must
Knowledge of Bloomberg and Dealogic are preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills excellent analytical skills (numeracy included)
Good knowledge and interest in current financial markets developments, particularly fixed income and credit
Ability to perform effectively in a team environment, with the willingness to step up and take on additional responsibilities
Demonstrate key personal traits like resilience, a high level of drive and motivation, willingness to learn all of which will be key to achieving success in this role
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) applications
