Key Responsibilities
. Deliver safe, effective, and engaging 1-on-1 personal training sessions
. Preferably able to conduct Step Aerobics
. Assess Members fitness levels and track progress with regular testing and reporting
. Uphold Tower Club's high training standards and create an exceptional Member experience
. Drive retention by building genuine relationships with Members and supporting their fitness journey
. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and well-organised training environment
. Mainly weekdays commitment. Sundays and Public Holidays off
Requirements
. Minimum 2 years of personal training experience preferred
. Possess relevant fitness trainer certification, Fitness Instructor Course (FIC), ACE (CPT) or equivalent
. NITEC (Fitness) and Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science
. Possess a valid CPR/AED and Standard First-Aid certification preferred
. Excellent communication skills and a positive, motivating presence
