About the Role:
Wellness X Asia (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is expanding its wellness and fitness operations in Singapore and is looking for energetic, professional Fitness Instructors to join their team. They are committed to delivering high-quality fitness experiences in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct group fitness classes with a focus on form, safety, and client motivationAdapt instruction to suit varying fitness levels and individual needs
- Provide guidance on posture, breathing, and proper exercise techniques
- Create a positive and engaging experience for all clients
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper use of equipment in the studio
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement when required
Job Requirements:
- Recognised fitness or wellness certification (e.g. Pilates, Yoga, Group Fitness, or related disciplines)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience leading fitness classes or personal training sessions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) - required to teach classes in fluent Japanese and English, communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients, and support marketing and community activities targeted at the Japanese customer base.
- Passion for health, fitness, and client well-being
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if necessary
