Overtime:
Overtime payable after 44 working hours per week

4 days per month (Weekdays only: Monday to Friday)
Job Description:
Our company operates a grilled fish stall located inside shopping malls. We are looking for an experienced Fish & Seafood Butcher to:
Cut, trim, debone, and fillet various types of fish and seafood
Prepare and plate seafood products
Ensure proper handling, freshness, and supply of seafood
Operate and clean all cutting and preparation equipment
Manage inventory responsibly and maintain product quality
Requirements:
Skilled in fish trimming, filleting, deboning, and de-scaling
Proficient in using knives and other cutting tools
Strong knowledge of seafood cutting techniques
Able to stand for long hours
Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate
