Job Description
We seek a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to drive the Trade Finance Program to ensure seamless integration of core Trade capabilities and AI solutions, process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to gather business requirements and define solution approaches.
- Strong hands‑on delivery experience in Trade Finance and/or Transaction Banking
- Proven track record managing large, complex, cross‑functional initiatives
- Experience working within structured governance environments (e.g. SDM, ITC, PSC)
- Understanding of Trade Finance products and processes (e.g. LC, BG, Documentary Trade, FSCM)
- Good appreciation of technology delivery, operations workflows, and regulatory expectations
- Experience delivering process re‑engineering, digitisation, or platform modernisation initiatives
- Strong project governance, risk management, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑moving, and high‑pressure environments
- Structured, detail‑oriented, and outcome‑focused approach
- Mentor and manage junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Have proven track record of Enterprise Wide / Trade Systems Implementation
- Have relevant experience with Trade Finance Products
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile) preferred
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Program, Project, Test management within banking or financial services
- 8 to 10 years of Proven experience implementing Trade / Banking Solutions
