Fire Safety Manager / Technical Facilities Executive (Islandwide)

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out statutory duties and responsibilities as the appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM).

• Support the smooth running of daily facilities operations and maintenance activities.

• Conduct regular fire safety inspections, assessments and compliance checks.

• Assist in coordinating and responding to emergency and operational incidents.

• Support the preparation of work proposals, reports and related documentation.

• Coordinate maintenance, repair and rectification works with contractors and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM).

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building operations or fire safety.
