Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
Job Description
- Conduct weekly fire safety inspection
- Inform to in charge personnel whenever non-compliance or hazard is detected and shall recommend measures for the rectification or removal.
- Ensure Fire Alarm System and Fire Protection System etc is maintain properly and in good working condition.
- Review the existing setup of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT), the Emergency Response Plan, other relevant documents, etc
- Organise and plan regular Fire Safety meetings to proactively highlight safety issues
- Provide consultancy services for all fire safety related matters.
- Submit the annual renewal of the Fire Certificate on behalf of the authority to the SCDF and other relevant authorities
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Require Fire Safety Manager certification
- Candidate must have two years relevant experience.
- Possess good communication skills
