Job Summary
Lead and manage maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and revenue generation in fire protection system services. Oversee risk management, client liaison, and training to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient team performance
- Manage and mentor maintenance teams to enhance skills and operational effectiveness
- Communicate and collaborate with clients to address service needs and maintain strong relationships
- Develop, implement, and monitor risk management documents to ensure compliance and safety
- Conduct training and on-the-job coaching for maintenance staff to improve technical competencies
- Monitor and drive maintenance and repair revenue targets through effective team management
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to track operational performance and project status
- Apply hands-on technical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain fire alarm and fire protection systems
- Utilize MS Office tools proficiently to document, report, and communicate operational data
Requirements
- Relevant diploma or degree in a related field
- More than 10 years of industry experience in fire protection system maintenance and installation
- Technical competency in fire alarm and fire protection systems
- Class 3 driving license (preferred but not essential for core duties)
- Prefer local or PR
