Fircosoft Configuration Manager

Responsibilities

• Configure Fircosoft/LNRS WUM-SOC, including watchlist files, mappings, validation rules, approval workflows, and output generation.
• Manage the end-to-end sanctions list management lifecycle, from WUM ingestion and consolidation through SOC output generation and deployment handoff.
• Translate business requirements into WUM/SOC product configurations and integration designs.
• Define target file structures, mapping rules, validation rules, country/list ownership rules, approval workflows, and exception handling processes.
• Support integrations with non-Firco screening systems using shared folders, MFT/RIH, API/SFTP, bespoke components, and RPA.
• Collaborate with Compliance, IT, LNRS, integration teams, and country system owners to clarify requirements, resolve fit-gap issues, and support design decisions.
• Support implementation activities, including SIT/UAT, defect analysis, test scenario definition, and operational handover.
• Prepare and maintain functional configuration and implementation documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring Fircosoft/LNRS WUM-SOC, including watchlist file setup, mappings, validation rules, approval workflows, and output generation.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end sanctions list management lifecycle, from list ingestion and consolidation to SOC file generation and deployment handoff.
• Experience translating WUM/SOC outputs into downstream integration requirements for non-Firco screening systems using shared folders, MFT/RIH, API/SFTP, bespoke components, or RPA.
• Strong knowledge of target file structures, field mappings, identifiers, encoding standards, mandatory fields, validation rules, and country/list ownership logic.
• Ability to work with Compliance, IT, LNRS, integration teams, and country system owners to gather requirements and support solution design.
• Experience with implementation, SIT/UAT support, defect analysis, exception handling, test scenario definition, and operational handover.
• Prior experience with Fircosoft, LNRS, WUM, SOC, Firco Continuity, or sanctions screening implementations is essential.
• Experience in APAC banking and multi-country rollout projects is a strong advantage.
