Fiori Business Analyst - Junior

Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
. You will also research, gather, and synthesize information. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
. Develop detailed documentation to support the analysis and design of business processes.
. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making.
. Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding and communication.
. Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business solutions.

Requirements:
. Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required. Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended.
. Beginner proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Business Model Strategy is suggested.
. Some exposure to SAP Fiori is preferred, but not mandatory to have any prior knowledge.
