Fintech Solution Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for a client-facing Solution Consultant to join an established fintech solutioning firm. This candidate will handle aspects of solution design, consulting, and pre-sales support, requiring both strong technical depth and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external business stakeholders.

You will play a key role in understanding client needs, shaping solutions, and supporting projects from sales cycle through to implementation, particularly within the Singapore financial services landscape.

Responsibilities

1. Engage clients directly: Understand functional/technical needs, challenges, and regulations

2. Design scalable solutions: Leverage company products for greenfield or productized implementations

3. Support pre-sales: Presentations, demos, RFP/RFI responses, technical discussions

4. Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs, including data models and system architecture

5. Align cross-functional teams: Sales, product, engineering on budget-feasible proposals

6. Drive domain expertise & relationships: Workshops, delivery, trainings, long-term client partnerships

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

2. Experience: 5+ years as technical business/systems analyst in fintech, banking, or financial services, with hands-on experience in:

• Application solution design

• Database design and data modelling

• Driving of analysis and design sessions with Client

• Client-facing consulting or implementation roles

1. Stakeholder Management: Drive design sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

2. Technical Skills: Ability to understand designs related to logical and physical architecture diagrams and microservices architecture

3. Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
