[What the role is]
We are seeking an exceptional Programme Manager to spearhead transformative artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives that will shape the future of Singapore's financial sector.[What you will be working on]
You will be part of the Financial Infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence Office (FIA) - responsible for strategies and initiatives to foster the development of Singapore's digital financial infrastructure, connecting markets globally and serving Singapore's economy. This role is central to our mission of fostering innovation while ensuring responsible AI deployment, requiring you to orchestrate multiple high-impact projects, forge strong industry partnerships, and deliver initiatives that enhance our financial sector's competitiveness on the global stage.
What You'll Do:
Lead transformative industry-wide AI initiatives from ideation to implementation
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Shape policies and frameworks for the responsible adoption of emerging technologies
Build and maintain strategic relationships with financial institutions, central banks, international organisations and the FinTech community.
Drive industry engagement through official meetings, conferences, and forums.

The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding, programme management expertise, and leadership skills to drive successful AI initiatives while navigating complex stakeholder environments.
[What we are looking for]
Minimum 5-8 years of programme management experience, with substantial exposure to financial services and AI/ML initiatives.
Proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and digital transformation
Outstanding stakeholder management capabilities across public and private sectors
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in policy development and implementation
Track record in managing successful public-private partnerships
Experience in payments, capital markets, or banking sectors
Professional certifications in project management or relevant fields
