Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a FinTech Specialist. The position is responsible for supporting financial technology operations, contributing to digital financial solutions, and assisting with the development and optimization of technology-driven financial processes. Key responsibilities include supporting financial system operations, analyzing transaction and operational data, assisting with digital payment and financial platform activities, and coordinating with internal teams to improve process efficiency and user experience. The role also involves monitoring system performance, maintaining technical and financial documentation, supporting compliance and security procedures, and contributing to innovation initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. In addition, the position will assist with financial technology implementation, operational reporting, process improvement activities, and cross-functional collaboration while promoting efficiency, accuracy, and secure financial operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial technology concepts, digital financial systems, and operational processes

• Understanding of financial services, payment systems, and technology-driven business solutions

• Ability to support financial platform operations, reporting, and process optimization activities

• Familiarity with financial systems, databases, APIs, and digital transaction workflows

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders

• Proficiency in preparing operational reports, documentation, and financial records

• Knowledge of compliance standards, data security, and financial operations practices

• Ability to manage multiple operational and technical tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

• Professional certifications in financial technology, finance, or digital systems are considered a plus

• Strong attention to detail with effective planning and execution capabilities
