Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets for luxury watches and fine jewellery.
  • Proactively engage customers to identify needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio to generate repeat business.

Customer Service & Client Relationship Management

  • Deliver exceptional luxury retail customer experiences.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth and repeat customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, product demonstrations, and after-sales service requests.
  • Follow up with clients regarding new collections, promotions, and special events.

Product Knowledge & Brand Representation

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of watch brands, jewellery collections, gemstones, precious metals, and industry trends.
  • Communicate product features, craftsmanship, heritage, and value effectively.
  • Uphold brand standards and represent the company professionally at all times.

Inventory & Asset Control

  • Support stock counts, inventory audits, and stock reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure proper handling and security of high-value merchandise.
  • Report inventory discrepancies and damaged items promptly.

Operational Compliance

  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and luxury retail standards.
  • Complete required documentation for sales, repairs, exchanges, and customer orders.

Requirements

  • Energetic and proactive individuals who can work in a dynamic environment.
  • Sales and customer-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Working hours: 44 hours per week (include weekend, PHs), retail hours.
