Key Areas of Responsibility
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve individual and store sales targets for luxury watches and fine jewellery.
- Proactively engage customers to identify needs and recommend suitable products.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio to generate repeat business.
Customer Service & Client Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional luxury retail customer experiences.
- Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth and repeat customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, product demonstrations, and after-sales service requests.
- Follow up with clients regarding new collections, promotions, and special events.
Product Knowledge & Brand Representation
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of watch brands, jewellery collections, gemstones, precious metals, and industry trends.
- Communicate product features, craftsmanship, heritage, and value effectively.
- Uphold brand standards and represent the company professionally at all times.
Inventory & Asset Control
- Support stock counts, inventory audits, and stock reconciliation activities.
- Ensure proper handling and security of high-value merchandise.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged items promptly.
Operational Compliance
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and luxury retail standards.
- Complete required documentation for sales, repairs, exchanges, and customer orders.

- Working hours: 44 hours per week (include weekend, PHs), retail hours.
