Description
Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will:
- Develop and implement financial and operational risk frameworks across Southeast Asia markets
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and group policies
- Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and present findings to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies for identified risks and opportunities
- Monitor and analyse market conditions to identify potential financial threats or opportunities
- Maintain-up to-date knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements and best practices
- Provide training and guidance to business teams and operations on risk management processes and policies
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least 8 years of experience in audit, controls and risk management functions.
- Exposure to construction equipment, agricultural machinery, industrial equipment or related sectors is advantageous.
- Ability to develop risk management frameworks from the ground up and confidently present strategic road maps to senior stakeholders.
- Strong business partnering and communication skills with the ability to work across a multicultural environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Southeast Asia (approximately 60-70% of the time).
