Job Summary
Note: this is a contract role starting from May – 31 Dec 26
Provide the interface between the Front and Back Offices in order to set up financing deals for clients in conformity with internal procedures:
- Set up financing deals (technical support for Front Office, preparation of paperwork, verification that deal complies with the Credit Committee's decisions).
- Follow up deals (conformity with documentation, fulfillment of client's contractual obligations, checking of stocks or outstanding amounts).
- Contribute to the valuation of deals (forwarding of the indicators and rates necessary for the valuation of portfolios and products).
Main Responsibilities:
- Financing Operations Agency & Middle Office tasks:
- Support Front-Office business lines in the pitching of Agency and bilateral mandates.
- Oversee Agency administration for syndicated facilities where the bank assumes agency roles such as Facility / Security Agent / Account Bank role(s).
- Review legal documentation and liaise with relevant parties to ensure its compliance with credit approval and internal policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate the operational matters that may include utilization requests, rate-fixing, rollovers between the borrower and the lenders.
- Liaise with the Borrower and Lenders during the lifecycle of syndicated deal, on waiver / consent / amendment requests and transactional requests.
- Implementation and management of limits in LIQ.
- Monitoring of collateral and covenants.
Required Skills:
- A relevant degree in Banking & Finance/Accountancy discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Syndication or Middle Office in a similar capacity with strong analytical and credit skills.
- Experience in Structured Financing.
- Highly self-motivated and result-oriented individual.
- Strong written and interpersonal relationship skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics and compliance requirements.
