Role Description

Meridian Global Advisory is seeking a dedicated Financial Services Manager for a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and advising clients on investment choices, risk management, and wealth planning. The manager will lead wealth consultants, identify opportunities to provide value-added financial solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and analyze market trends to support informed decision-making. Mentoring team members and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management.
• Proficiency in market trend analysis and financial forecasting tools.
• Organizational, leadership, and team management abilities to guide and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with relevant financial software and regulatory standards in Singapore.
• CFP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in financial services, bank, advisory roles, or a related area is highly preferred.
