This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Services Consultant based in Tampines, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves meeting with clients to understand their financial goals and needs, analyzing financial situations, and recommending tailored financial solutions, including insurance and investment products. Responsibilities also include providing financial advice, developing long-term client relationships, and staying updated on financial market trends and AIA's product offerings. Consultants will also collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that align with clients objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills and a good understanding of Finance concepts
• Knowledge and experience in Financial Services and Consulting
• Excellent Communication skills to explain solutions effectively and build client trust
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with both office and remote responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Professional certifications such as CFP or relevant financial qualifications are a plus
• A proactive attitude and willingness to assist clients in achieving their financial goals
