Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Services Consultant role based in Singapore. The Financial Services Consultant will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, risk profiles, and protection needs, and provide tailored recommendations on insurance, investment, and wealth management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, preparing and presenting advisory proposals, and following up with clients to review and adjust their plans over time. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, staying up to date with market developments and product changes, and collaborating with team members to deliver consistent and compliant advice. Consultants are expected to maintain high ethical standards and adhere to regulatory and company guidelines in all advisory activities.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to assess client needs, evaluate financial scenarios, and interpret data-driven insights.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge in finance and financial services to advise on insurance, investment, and wealth management solutions.
  • Candidates should possess consulting skills to deliver client-focused advice, manage expectations, and support long-term financial planning.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
  • Relevant tertiary education in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in financial planning or insurance (e.g., CFP, ChFC, or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment, with strong attention to compliance and ethical guidelines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated mindset and willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
