Responsibilities
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. The Risk team is responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of the fraud risk framework including rule writing to ensure both users and monetary fund sources are legitimate, thus reducing fraud ,chargebacks and other malicious activities on the platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assessing and managing the risk of credit business, ensuring the safety and stability of the business.
2. Conduct risk assessment of credit business, and formulate corresponding risk management strategies based on the results.
3. Monitor and analyze risk indicators of credit business, and alert and handle exceptions.
4. Participate in the development and implementation of credit business risk management policies and processes.
5. Collaborate with business departments and other relevant departments to jointly control and reduce business risks.
6. Regularly submit risk assessment reports and recommendations to support business decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, statistics, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of work experience in risk strategies and models for credit risk assessment in consumer credit and e-commerce scenarios.
3. Excellent data analysis and statistical skills, able to skillfully use risk management tools and software.
4. Proficient in using SQL and Python for tree models and Machine Learning to conduct Risk Analysis and strategy optimization.
5. Has asset management experience in Buy Now Pay Later(BNPL) or credit card, with over 3 years of experience in pre-loan and in-loan strategy work, and can be responsible for portfolio management and monitoring.
6. 3 years and above of experience working in multinational fintech or payment companies.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work closely with business departments and other relevant departments.
Preferred Qualification:
1. Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to solve problems independently and complete tasks on time.
