Financial Reporting Analyst

We are partnering with a reputable Singapore-based public sector organisation involved in industrial infrastructure planning and development to hire a Financial Governance & Digitalisation Analyst on a 2-year contract. This role will be deployed onsite with the client.

About the Role

You will play a key role in enhancing financial governance frameworks while supporting digitalization and automation initiatives within the finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals who enjoy combining governance, analytics, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and enhance internal financial regulations, policies, and governance frameworks
• Manage cash flow operations, banking relationships, and utilization of banking products and services
• Evaluate the financial health of tenderers to support procurement and risk assessment processes
• Analyze financial data and generate insights using analytics and visualization tools to support reporting and decision-making
• Drive automation and digitalization of finance processes using suitable digital tools
• Support ad-hoc financial governance and transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in Finance, Financial Governance, FP&A, or related functions
• Proficiency in open-source analytics tools (e.g. Python)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or equivalent)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Independent, proactive, and collaborative working style
