We are pleased to be partnering a well-established not-for-profit, multinational organisation to appoint a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Partner into their high-performing team. As part of their continuous efforts to expand their technological capabilities, they are looking for an experienced professional to act as the primary finance business partner to this fast-growing business group. This role will be based in Singapore for the first 12-18 months, and ideally be open to relocating to the global team in Europe.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will provide strategic financial partnership, planning, forecasting and performance management for a portfolio of large, multi-year digital transformation programmes and technology investments. This is a front-office finance business partnering role combining strong financial stewardship with commercial insight and senior stakeholder influence. Due to the global setup, you are expected to follow European timing - 3pm to midnight (GMT+8).
- Own multi-year financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Technology portfolio
- Deliver ongoing financial oversight of large programmes, ensuring cost trajectories, risks and value realisation are visible and actively managed
- Partner with domain and project leaders on the financial implications of delivery plans, scope changes and prioritisation decisions
- Lead financial modelling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions and trade-offs
- Strengthen financial governance, cost discipline and forecasting accuracy across digital investments
- Support capitalisation analysis (IFRS), project cost tracking and resourcing analysis in collaboration with the Technology and HR teams
- Prepare and present clear financial insights for Head of FP&A, CFO, Board and governance forums
- Translate complex financial data into actionable decision support for senior stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field
- Professional qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, FP&A or MBA Finance)
- Significant FP&A / commercial finance / business partnering experience
- Proven track record supporting large, complex or multi-year programmes and investments
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders in matrixed or global environments
- Must-have: exposure to technology, digital, IT services, software/platform development or SaaS environments
- Advanced financial modelling, scenario analysis and Excel skills
- Comfortable working with large datasets, ERP/planning systems and interpreting financial outcomes in a strategic context
- Exposure to AI in financial processes is a plus
