The FP&A Manager is responsible for driving financial performance through accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and strong business partnering. This role oversees monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and supports business decision-making by translating financial insights into strategic actions. The role also plays a key part in operational finance management, ensuring financial governance, accuracy, and alignment with group finance standards.
How you'll contribute to MyRepublic's success:
Reporting
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements in alignment with Group Chart of Accounts, including pre/post-elimination reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Incorporate evolving reporting requirements, such as CAPEX commitments/payments, IFRS 16 ROU accounting, and differential handling of passthrough costs.
- Lead reconciliations and consolidation adjustments to ensure accurate financial treatment across OPEX, CAPEX, passthrough costs, and intercompany transactions.
- Coordinate month-end accruals and intercompany transaction matching with relevant stakeholders.
Operations
- Act as the finance bridge between Group and internal stakeholders for billing, network, and operational costs, including dispute management, rebates, waivers, and charge validations.
- Build and maintain trackers to reconcile charges across multiple cost categories, ensuring alignment between structured invoices and internal reporting.
- Manage ONT router order tracking and delivery, enhancing accuracy of order and cash flow forecasts to support inventory planning and cash management.
FP&A
- Lead the end-to-end consumer forecast cycle, partnering with business units to validate key drivers, run iterative reviews, and ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Evaluate financials for new business initiatives (e.g., product launches, partnerships, retail expansion), providing guidance on operationalising business plans and vendor arrangements.
- Conduct revenue assurance and ARPU analysis, including reconciliation of large-scale circuit data, assessment of product mix, and implications of marketing strategies.
- Initiate and streamline processes for IMDA grant submissions, reporting reconciliations, and other manual tasks, including successful offshoring for efficiency gains.
- Support consumer marketing teams by assessing campaign ROI, promotional strategies, and budget tracking.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline. Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA) is an advantage.
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial reporting or business partnering roles.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial governance.
- Experience with consolidation, IFRS 16, CAPEX/OPEX management, and intercompany transactions preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to financial systems and BI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
