Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include building financial models, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and preparing detailed reports for executive leadership. The role will also involve identifying trends, improving financial performance, and supporting business growth initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Manila.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or related finance functions.
• Strong expertise in financial planning systems, particularly Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and supporting U.S.-based stakeholders or clients.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Accounting background or CPA qualification.
• Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed organizations.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as VBA or Power Query.
