Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Our Client is a long established European company with over a century of history. A need has arisen to hire a Finance Business Partner to join the team in order to cope with the business expansion.

As an individual contributor, you will act as a true Business Partner to provide financial insights and advices to the business leaders. You will manage and oversee the functions of financial performance review and analysis, management reporting and costing of business units with the ability to partner the business leaders closely to track business developments. Drive, coordinate, prepare, and track forecast, annual budget and strategic plans coupled with the preparation of cash flow forecast to ensure funding arrangements are properly in place. Furthermore, as an important business advisor, you would be providing financial advice to leaders on operations and business development projects in assessing the viability of the projects.

You should be a degree holder with a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA. You should possess 8-10 years solid track record as a FP&A or financial business partnering experience from FMCG industry with prior big 4 exposure as an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected with a strong business sense, and high degree of initiative to help bringing the business to the next level.
