As part of our growing team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our financial planning capabilities and supporting data-driven decisions that impact children, families, and educators across the region.

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to champion financial planning, performance insights, and reporting excellence. This role partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business growth, financial discipline, and strategic outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver clear, insightful business performance reports, management dashboards, and board decks.
  • Lead the data warehouse implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and build meaningful dashboards.
  • Drive monthly financial reviews, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities versus budget and forecast.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, translating operational initiatives and trends into financial targets.
  • Strengthen data governance and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data for reporting and analytics.
  • Identify proactive insights to influence stakeholders and simplify complex financial information.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as margin improvement, cost optimisation, and business case development.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to operations, providing data-driven recommendations to improve performance and achieve business objectives.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational goals.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity.
