We are seeking a motivated FP&A intern to support the FP&A team in driving financial visibility, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision making across the bank. The intern will gain hands-on experience in forecasting, management reporting and financial modelling, while providing crucial support for the team's core processes
Duties and responsibilities:
- Support the accurate and timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analyses
- Assist FP&A team in analyzing and tracking performance and cost drivers
- Support the maintenance of financial dashboards and performance tracking tools. This includes working closely with the Data Management & Intelligence (DMI) team and Business teams, to compile and organize data into clear and insightful information for department heads and senior leadership
- Build and maintain simple to intermediate financial models to assess potential impact scenarios
- Manage ad-hoc requests to meet business needs
What qualities and skills are we looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance related qualification
