Financial Planning and Analysis Intern (6 months)

YOUR ROLE

The FP&A intern will be based in the Singapore regional office of CEVA Logistics. He/she will be part of the regional SEA Finance Team, FP&A, and work closely with the SEA FP&A Controller and the SEA CFO.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Financial Controlling, Closing & Reporting

· Support monthly financial closing activities across Southeast Asia

· Assist in reviewing and consolidating financial data from multiple countries

· Ensure data accuracy and timely submission

· Assist in preparing and analysing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements

Performance Monitoring & KPI Analysis

· Track key financial indicators (revenue, costs, margins, invoicing)

· Analyse monthly variances and highlight key drivers

· Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting tools

Monthly Business Reviews

· Contribute to the preparation of Monthly Business Reports (MBR)

· Perform data consistency and quality checks

· Analyse financial trends, especially cost evolution

· Work closely with Business Controlling teams

Regional Projects Exposure

· Participate in Finance Convergence projects across SEA entities

· Support project tracking and milestone delivery

· Prepare presentations and reporting materials (PowerPoint)

Operational & Ad-hoc Support

· Act as a key support to the CFO and FP&A Controller

· Assist in daily finance operations and urgent business needs

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

· Knowledge and Understanding of the financial statements

· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail

· Ability to work effectively within a team and collaboratively across multiple departments

· Should be highly organized and motivated

· An interest in the logistic field and shipping industry would be appreciated

· Master's degree level in Finance or Accounting

· At least one previous internship in Corporate Finance or Audit
