Job Title:FP&A Analyst

Primary Purpose: The role is responsible for managing Store Rent & Leases for the APAC business, supporting the month-end closing activities, forecast cycles, and annual budgeting process. The position will also contribute to ad‑hoc analysis and projects, ensuring accurate and timely financial insights. In addition, the role provides support for Wholesale P&L management, communicating financial performance to the commercial team.

• Lead monthly close and quarterly outlook, delivering clear variance and financial explanations.
• Use Hyperion Planning and SAP to extract data, build forecasts, and analyze trends.
• Partner with cross function teams to manage rent cost forecasts.
• Analyze actuals and forecasts to identify variances, and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Track key cost KPIs such as sales/ rent per sqft, rent trends.
• Present quarterly rent insights to senior management using Power BI dashboards
• Support ad‑hoc projects as needed

The accomplished individual will possess...

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 2 years of finance experience, ideally within FP&A teams supporting commercial functions and headquarters groups
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams
• Proficient with creating and maintaining visualization dashboards (BI / Tableau)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
