We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, and autonomous FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Develop presentations and reports for management using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with business units to gather data and provide meaningful insights.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in financial reporting.
- Test and lead adoption of SaaS performance management tools within the organization.
- Participate in initiatives to raise financial awareness across business units.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Curious, with strong communication skills, highly motivated, hands-on, and able to work autonomously.
- Plus: Familiarity with SaaS performance management tools is a plus.
- Prior work experience in business development, finance, or strategy is welcomed.
- Prior experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment is desired.
