The Regional Funding Management team supports the growth of Monee's business by raising external funding (channeling, ABS, corporate loans and others) and optimising the funding allocation in different markets.
Job Description
- Maintain and oversee the funding allocation budget and prepare regular management reports for decision-making and draw out actionable insights for funding allocation.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development, Credit Risk and BI team to continuously enhance and maintain cash flow projection model and support effective liquidity planning and management.
- Work with the Funding PMO, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and other key stakeholders to design, enhance, and refine funding structures and project frameworks.
- Drive ad-hoc analyses for both internal stakeholders and external partners, delivering timely and data-driven insights to support business needs.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement, automation opportunities, and reporting enhancement to strengthen operational efficiency within the Regional Funding function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; prior experience in a Big Four firm is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; familiarity with SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong foundation in accounting and financial principles; exposure to consumer lending or related financial products is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Effective written and verbal communication; ability to engage with stakeholders across the organization
