What You Will Do

As a Financial Planner, you will build and manage your own practice with full support and 1-on-1 guidance from our experienced leadership team:

• Design and implement bespoke wealth management, investment, and risk protection strategies tailored to clients specific life stages.
• Develop client relationships by understanding their financial goals, educating them on wealth solutions, and building long-term trust.
• Deliver high-level, ongoing advisory services to ensure long-term client retention and portfolio growth.
• Scale your personal practice through strategic networking, modern marketing approaches, and referral systems.
• Work towards personal and professional milestones within a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Core Requirements:

• Open to fresh graduates (University / Polytechnic) and early career switchers (0–3 years of experience).
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, or Polytechnic Diploma.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable, self-motivated, highly disciplined, and driven by a performance-based environment.
