About the Role

As a key supporter of the company's financial decision-making, you will drive business growth through deep integration of finance and operations. You will lead the development of an enterprise-level financial analytics framework, optimize operational efficiency, and provide data-driven insights to support front-line sales strategiesenabling profit targets and optimal resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish closed-loop control over financial operations processes; lead cross-brand data reconciliation, investigation of abnormal transactions, and monthly financial data health checks
  • Build automated financial reconciliation systems, achieving intelligent processing for over 98% of standard workflows
  • Conduct in-depth business performance analysis: lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews, build cost-efficiency models, complete ROI analysis for sales teams, and deliver multi-dimensional analyses of front-line sales performance (channel effectiveness, regional contribution, customer segmentation value, etc.)
  • Develop dynamic P&L forecasting models to monitor sales funnel conversion rates, average order value fluctuations, and the ROI of front-line marketing spend in real time
  • Build and continuously optimize financial data warehouses to enable visualization of sales performance, cost structures, and P&L data
  • Regularly deliver Analysis Reports to senior management, highlighting growth opportunities and risk alerts

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics; CPA/CMA/CFA certification preferred
  • 7+ years of financial analysis experience, including 3+ years supporting front-line sales in the securities or financial services industry
  • Proficient in EPM systems such as Oracle Hyperion and SAP BPC
  • Proven experience building a sales performance analytics framework from scratch
  • Expert in front-line sales performance decomposition, leveraging LTV analysis, channel attribution models, and similar methods to quantify sales contribution
  • Data storytelling specialist, capable of translating complex sales and financial data into actionable insights for senior executives
  • Strong business partner mindset, adept at collaborating with sales teams to optimize commission structures, pricing strategies, and resource allocation
