Financial Investment Analyst Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses of potential investment opportunities, including new store developments, acquisitions, and real estate investments.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate the profitability and risk of various investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence: Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including financial statement analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to investments and financial performance.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on investment analysis, providing insights and recommendations to the SEA Distribution Development and Real Estate Director.
• Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing budgets for investment analysis and related activities.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial investment analysis.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, and real estate agents, to gather relevant data and insights.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all investment activities comply with local and international regulatory requirements and industry standards.
