About the Role

Our client is a reputable Singapore-based public sector organisation involved in industrial infrastructure planning and development. They are seeking a Financial Governance & Digitalisation Analyst to support their Financial Governance and Digitalisation functions.

This is a 2-year outsourced contract role deployed onsite with the client.

The successful candidate will contribute to strengthening financial governance frameworks and advancing digitalisation initiatives within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and enhance internal financial regulations, policies, and governance frameworks

• Manage cash flow operations, banking relationships, and utilisation of banking products and services

• Evaluate the financial health of tenderers to support procurement and risk assessment processes

• Analyse financial data to support reporting requirements, leveraging analytics and visualisation tools to generate insights for decision-making

• Support automation and digitalisation of finance processes using appropriate digital tools to improve operational efficiency

• Participate in ad-hoc financial governance and transformation initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline

• Relevant working experience in Finance, Financial Governance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related functions

• Proficiency in open-source analytics tools (e.g. Python)

• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau or equivalent)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Positive work attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
